Step 1: Request a Quote
Clients can receive a quote through a phone call, text, or email.
In some cases we will perform an onsite estimate.
Next, we gather all of the information we need like a move date, pickup and drop off addresses, stair conditions, and an inventory of all items that need to be moved.
Step 2: Booking Process
After receiving a quote through email, Clients can then choose to confirm their booking by signing and chocking the box indicating their readiness to secure their moving date.
Following this, we will contact the customer to process the travel fee payment using a credit or debit card to officially reserve their spot on the calendar.
Step 3: The Moving Process
Clients receive a call 30-45 minutes prior to arrival.
Upon arrival, our team will begin with a thorough walk-through to come up with the most efficient plan and gather the client’s concerns and expectations.
Next, the crew will begin to protect the home and furniture to prepare to load the truck.
Once loaded, another walkthrough is completed to ensure client satisfaction. We will also look for any damage and missed inventory.
Once confirmed, our team will then head to the new home and complete the process.
